By car arriving from:
- Rimini: Leave the A14 motorway at the “Rimini sud” exit, take the SS 72 highway towards San Marino up to the border. Cross the border and proceed for a further 4 km, turn right following the signs for “Ospedale” (Hospital) for 1 Km.

- Marecchiese: at Torello, follow the road signs for San Marino. After 7 km, near Borgo Maggiore follow the signs for Cailungo - Ospedale for approximately 1 km.

- Montelicciano: after crossing the State border, proceed for 4 km up to the junction for Borgo Maggiore. Proceed as far as the roundabout (approx. 3.5 km) Turn right and drive for 1 km then turn left in the direction of Cailungo until you reach the Hospital.

- Ospedaletto: after crossing the State border, proceed for 7.5 km in the direction of Borgo Maggiore. Turn towards Cailungo and proceed for approximately 1 km, then turn left and carry on until you reach the Hospital.
